Independent Panel-Based Research

NepGov conducts research using an actively managed panel of verified participants. Panel members are recruited through multiple channels to reflect a broad cross-section of society, including differences in age, gender, geography, education, and socio-economic background. Participation is voluntary, and responses are collected without influence from political parties, government bodies, or commercial interests.

Sampling and Representation

Survey samples are structured to reduce bias and improve representativeness. Where appropriate, demographic weighting is applied to align results with known population characteristics. Data is collected digitally, allowing timely measurement of public opinion. Some questions are asked daily, while others rotate on a weekly or monthly basis depending on topic sensitivity and relevance. This structure balances immediacy with depth and avoids respondent fatigue.

Transparency and Quality Control

NepGov applies multiple quality checks, including response validation, duplicate detection, and pattern analysis to identify unreliable or automated submissions. Methodological notes accompany published results where relevant, outlining sample size, fieldwork period, and key limitations.

Tracking and Trend Analysis

Results are not viewed in isolation. NepGov focuses on tracking opinion over time, enabling users to understand shifts in public mood, confidence, and concern. Trend indicators are presented alongside current results to support informed interpretation rather than headline-driven conclusions.

Independence and Ethics

NepGov operates independently and adheres to strict ethical standards. Individual responses are anonymised, and personal data is handled responsibly. Findings are published without alteration or suppression, regardless of political sensitivity.
