1. Listening to Real People

We engage an actively managed panel of people in Nepal and Nepalis living abroad. Participants take part voluntarily and represent a broad range of ages, locations, and backgrounds, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.

2. Asking Neutral, Relevant Questions

Our questions are carefully written to be clear, balanced, and non-leading. We focus on issues that matter now—governance, the economy, public services, rights, and future outlook—while keeping core questions consistent so opinions can be tracked over time.

3. Collecting Data Responsibly

Responses are collected digitally, allowing timely insight while protecting participant privacy. Some questions are asked daily to capture immediate public mood, while others rotate to provide deeper understanding without survey fatigue.

4. Checking Quality and Accuracy

We apply multiple quality checks to ensure reliability, including validation of responses and removal of duplicates or irregular patterns. Where necessary, results are weighted to better reflect the wider population.

5. Analysing Trends, Not Just Headlines

NepGov looks beyond single-day results. We track changes over time to show how public mood shifts, strengthens, or weakens—helping users understand direction, not just momentary reactions.

6. Sharing Insights Transparently

We publish findings clearly and responsibly, with relevant context such as sample size and timing. Results are presented without alteration or suppression, regardless of political sensitivity.
